Digital marketing is an essential tool for any professional, and translators and interpreters are no exception.

For this reason, Ticapisco decided to take advantage of this magnificent opportunity offered by Orbital.40, the technological park where its offices are located, and take part in a training course on “Digital marketing and social networks”.

The objective of the 16-hour course imparted by Judith Badia, lecturer in Strategic and Operational Marketing at Pompeu Fabra University, was to provide the necessary tools to allow entrepreneurs to use digital platforms to create value in their businesses and improve their results.

During the four sessions, the instructor focused on the key aspects for developing an efficient digital marketing strategy, analysing the criteria and requirements necessary to generate contents of value. She also explained how to use social networks to obtain optimum online brand positioning and improve the company’s online reputation.

The subjects covered were:

  1. Digital strategy planning in business.
  2. Creation and management of digital contents that are interesting to clients.
  3. Using Facebook and Twitter.
  4. Using Youtube, Linkedin and Instagram.

It was certainly an excellent occasion for us to improve our knowledge on this topic and exchange experiences with other professionals.
